As the team's leader, Matt is identified. He's an animal genius, know, how to care them. Really loves his friends, and he can feel bad for them. But can also be stubborn. He has been known not to listen to his friends, but to listen to his own thoughts that got them into trouble, like in "Mission: Ermine Rescue".
